We’re sorry to hear you’re considering a return! To make the process as smooth as possible, here’s everything you need to know:


🔁 RETURN POLICY

We offer a 7-day return policy for your first order, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your first order to request a return, allowing you to try FLYTE with confidence. This policy applies only to your initial purchase.

The order you are requesting a refund for must be the first order you’ve placed with FLYTE.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Your refund will go back to your original payment method.

You will receive a full refund for the value of your FLYTE, less $5 to help cover processing costs. Please note that any initial shipping charges are non-refundable.


⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

🔍 DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Cancelations
We do not cancel orders after they have been placed. Similarly, we do not cancel subscriptions for customers. We provide an always-available account portal where customers can manage their subscriptions with just a few easy steps.
