I'm always a skeptic about protein powder. So many are heavy and grainy.. This is NOT one of them!!!
Put 1 scoop of watermelon in 12oz water, shook it up and drank it! No grainy texture, no sediment left in the bottom of my shaker! Absolutely delicious!

A fun way to get protein in an electrolyte drink with a fruity flavor! It’s a high-quality protein. You definitely need to mix it well with a shaker that has a mixing ball. Tried doing it in my regular flask like I do with my electrolyte powders and it did not work.
